Your Role: Customer Support & Content Moderator
Your responsibilities will be a mix of:
Customer Support 70

Handle user inquiries via email and chat (no phone calls!

Deliver accurate helpful solutions using internal tools

Maintain high customer satisfaction and escalate fraud or policy issues when needed
Content Moderation 30

Review content across apps and marketplaces

Ensure compliance with guidelines and local laws

Flag inappropriate or harmful material

Provide feedback on common trends and violations
What You Bring

Nativelevel Dutch or Flemish solid English (B2

Techsavvy and familiar with tools like Microsoft Office
