Job Description
About the Opportunity:
Ready to take your engineering career to the next level in a fastgrowing hightech manufacturing environment Were seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to lead equipment development from concept to the production floor. This handson crossfunctional role isideal for engineers with proven success in industrial automation line implementation and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
-
Lead equipment from concept through FDR FAT SAT SOP and rampup
-
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams (design controls IE operations)
-
Manage internal and external equipment suppliers for full deployment
-
Define automation strategy stationlevel requirements and buffer logic
-
Develop utility and material flow strategies (compressed air power water etc.
-
Create detailed documentation: PFMEAs SOPs risk assessments timing charts
-
Drive validation plans oversee installation and support production launch
Qualifications:
-
Bachelors in Mechanical Electrical Chemical Controls or Industrial Engineering
-
4 years in manufacturing or process engineering
-
Handson equipment development testing and fullline implementation
-
CAD proficiency (SolidWorks preferred; Catia a plus)
-
Strong grasp of tolerance stackups safety PLCs LOTO and industrial safety standards
-
Experience with PLCs (Siemens Allen Bradley Beckhoff)
-
Exposure to MES/database systems (Python/MySQL a plus)
-
Domestic & international travel readiness
