Job Description

WHAT YOULL DO:

As a Senior SDR/BDR youll be on the front lines of our growth engine driving outbound outreach qualifying leads and converting prospects into longterm clients. Youll work closely with our Sales and Operations teams to identify needs customize solutions and close deals.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Drive lead generation through strategic outbound efforts (cold calls emails LinkedIn and more)
Qualify prospects by understanding their business challenges and positioning STAFFVIRTUAL as the ideal partner
Conduct discovery calls and present tailored staffing solutions to Clevel and midlevel decisionmakers
Build and maintain a robust pipeline ensuring consistent activity and followthrough
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver polished proposals and client presentations
Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
Maintain accurate lead and activity data using CRM tools
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings
Represent STAFFVIRTUAL at virtual and inperson networking events and conferences


QUALIFICATIONS:

3 to 8 years of experience in Sales Business Development or related roles preferably in B2B SaaS or remote staffing solutions
Proven success in outbound prospecting and closing deals
Strong communication and consultative selling skills
Ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections with confidence
Familiarity with CRMs (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot) and other sales tools
Selfmotivated and resultsdriven with the ability to work independently and remotely
Comfortable working flexible hours to accommodate global clients
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Communications or a related field preferred
