Williaam Cox Limited have a fantastic opportunity available for a Building Services Engineer specializing in the servicing and maintenance of smoke and heat exhaust ventilation systems.
The ideal candidate will have previous smoke ventilation experience be electronically or mechanically minded and can work autonomously.
This role involves nationwide travel on a weektoweek basis with an occasional need to work in the UK.

It is a specialist distributor of rooflights smoke heat exhaust ventilation systems and plastic materials for the construction and signage industries. PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES
Maintenance and servicing of:
- Smoke / DaytoDay Ventilation Systems
- Pneumatic Smoke Exhaust Systems
- SHEV Control Panels
- Window Actuator Systems
- Smoke Shaft Systems Mechanical & Natural
- Smoke/Fire Curtains
- Pressurization Systems
- Car Park Extraction Fan Systems
- Comfort Ventilation Systems
- Wind / Rain Sensors
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Demonstrable experience of working in a similar role
- A thirdlevel qualification in mechanical engineering or another relevant field OR a relevant trade qualification such as electrician
- A full clean and valid driving licence
