Nous recrutons un(e) Conseiller(re) Clientle Francophone pour assister les utilisateurs dune grande application de paris en ligne. Bas(e) Lisbonne vous traiterez les demandes des clients rsoudrez les problmes et offrirez un service de qualit dans un environnement dynamique et stimulant.
Vos missions

Grer les demandes des clients par chat email et tlphone

Offrir une assistance claire et professionnelle en franais (et utiliser langlais pour les outils et la communication interne)

Accompagner les utilisateurs sur les sujets lis aux comptes paiements et fonctionnement de la plateforme

Remonter les problmes techniques ou sensibles lquipe ddie

Maintenir un excellent niveau de satisfaction client
Profil recherch

Matrise du franais (C1 minimum) et bon niveau danglais

Une premire exprience en service client est un atout

laise avec les outils numriques et les plateformes en ligne

Flexible concernant les horaires tournants et le travail le weekend

Sens de lcoute rigueur et excellent relationnel

About the Role
Were hiring a Frenchspeaking Customer Service Agent to support users of a major online betting platform. Based in Lisbon youll respond to customer inquiries troubleshoot issues and provide topquality service in a fastpaced and exciting industry.
Your Responsibilities

Respond to customer requests via chat email and phone

Provide clear and professional support in French using English for internal tools and communication

Guide users on account payment and platformrelated topics

Report issues and escalate complex cases when needed

Maintain high customer satisfaction and quality standards
Your Profile

Fluent in French (C1 and comfortable in English

Previous customer service experience is a plus

Techsavvy and confident using online platforms

Flexible with rotating shifts and weekend work

Organized empathetic and a great communicator

Position bonus for Braga:
20 per 12 months
Reimbursement of Airfare at the end of the 6th month of the contract up to 400 in Economy class
Relocation from outside of Portugal: Room in a shared apartment for a maximum period of 12 months with rent of 280 with all utility bills included (discounted directly from the payslip)
