Key Responsibilities:

Offer support in German via phone chat and email for travelrelated requests

Help clients with bookings itinerary changes and travel recommendations

Provide clear personalized guidance on flights hotels and packages

Resolve complaints or issues while keeping a positive tone

Suggest upgrades or additional services when appropriate to enhance their travel experience
