Job Description
TASQ is looking to fill an onsite position for a Japanese Operations Supervisor ASAP .The prescreening interview will take place over the phone
About the job Japanese Operations Supervisor (Eastwood)
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 8am 5pm with minimal OT of 30 mins to 1 hour depending on the business needs
Responsibilities:
Supervise 15 bilingual agents
Assist in developing and streamlining procedures
Coach motivate reward counsel and assist with disciplinary actions as necessary
Provide quality service to both internal and external customers on and offline.
Assist agents with customer interaction on situations requiring special handling take customer
calls.
Ensure open flow of communication between agents supervisors and management
Requirements:
Must be proficient in using the Japanese Language
Fluent in English
Has at least 1 year of experience as a team leader
Amenable to work in Eastwood Quezon City
Nice to have:
Has experience in the BPO industry as a Team Leader
Knowledge in the BPO industry
Has experience in sales
