Real Estate Attorney 275 000-300 000 Annually

• Salary range of $275000 $300000 based on year classification.
• Must be licensed to practice law and be in good standing in the state where the hired candidate will be practicing

Key Requirements:

• 710 years 10 years max please) of real estate experience.
• Experience with renewable energy project developments preferred.
• Experience drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements letter agreements and other transactional real estate documents.
• Experience advising on utilityscale renewable energy projects particularly regarding site control and title insurance.
• Experience counseling clients through purchases and leasing of real property including working with title companies and surveyors in negotiating title insurance coverage and endorsement language and survey specifics.
• Expertise in reviewing title commitments preparing closing instruction letters and drafting and negotiating curative instruments to address title defects and other title issues for developers.
• Strong academic credentials communication and writing skills.

Real Estate Counsel $275000$300000 Annually

At least seven years of legal experience in real estate is required. Experience in title matters is a must and experience with renewable energy development is preferred.

Employees are entitled to compensation commensurate with skill and experience. The full time base annual salary for this position is expected to range between $275000 $300000. This range represents the firms good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting for the position. Bonus opportunities are nonguaranteed and are dependent upon individual and firm performance.
