Job Title: Landscape Maintenance Foreman
Location: Houston TX
Hourly Rate: $1723/hr DOE

About Our Client:
Our client is a wellestablished landscaping company with over 30 years of experience collectively. They specialize in largescale landscaping irrigation and hardscape projects providing exceptional value and quality service to their clients.
As a Landscape Maintenance Foreman youll manage a team of 45 workers ensuring efficient project and highquality results in landscaping irrigation and hardscaping. Youll lead by example driving production and overseeing all aspects of the job from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a crew of 45 in landscaping irrigation and hardscape projects
- Ensure safety standards and quality are maintained
- Communicate effectively with clients and supervisors
- Manage production and keep projects on track
- Ability to lead a bilingual (Spanishspeaking) team
- Perform handson tasks when needed and provide ongoing crew training
Requirements:
- Valid Texas Drivers License with a good driving record
- Proven experience in landscaping and/or hardscaping
- Leadership skills in a fastpaced environment
- Must be local to the Houston area
Work Environment:
- Fastpaced especially during the summer months
- Expected to work 56 days a week from 6:30 AM to 6:00 PM
