Job Description
Commercial HVAC Service and Maintenance Sales Representative
Our client a reputable entity in the HVAC industry offers comprehensive service and maintenance solutions including HVAC construction and custom metal fabrication. They are currently seeking a Commercial HVAC Service and Maintenance Sales Representative to play a crucial role in the development and maintenance of strong client relationships identifying new business opportunities and providing tailored HVAC solutions.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the commercial HVAC sector.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients including property management companies contractors and building owners.
- Prepare and present tailored HVAC solutions including equipment sales and maintenance agreements.
- Negotiate and finalize sales contracts in alignment with company objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project and high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in HVAC sales specifically in equipment maintenance and service agreements.
- Handson experience with HVAC controls and designbuild construction projects.
- Proficiency in standard construction software applications.
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Selfmotivated with a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid drivers license and a clean driving record.
- High school graduate. Trade school and/or apprenticeship preferred.
