Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Developer to join our team on a fulltime onsite basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in development and experience working on complex software projects. As a Developer you will be responsible for designing coding testing and debugging software applications for our clients. You will work closely with our team of developers project managers and clients to ensure the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design develop and maintain applications for our clients
- Collaborate with team members and clients to gather requirements and understand project specifications
- Write clean efficient and welldocumented code
- Test and debug software applications to ensure they meet quality standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during development
- Keep uptodate with the latest technologies and trends in development
- Provide technical support and guidance to team members and clients
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve code quality
- Work closely with project managers to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Continuously improve development processes and procedures to increase efficiency and productivity
Qualifications:
- The associate needs to be US Citizen of the country and needs to work from client site.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in development
- Strong understanding of objectoriented programming principles
- Proficient in and SQL Server
- Experience with web development technologies such as HTML CSS and JavaScript
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
- Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of delivering highquality software applications on time and within budget
