The Role: Recruitment & Sourcing Specialist
As our Recruitment & Sourcing Specialist youll be at the heart of our recruitment operations. Working directly with the founder youll help drive the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening to outreach and candidate care while also shaping how we serve clients and scale the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively source candidates across platforms (LinkedIn job boards etc.
Screen candidates via phone video and written communication to ensure a strong fit for client needs
Communicate confidently in English (both written and verbal) with candidates and clients
Record personalised voice and video notes for candidate outreach
Maintain and update ATS/CRM systems with accuracy and consistency
Collaborate with international clients and teams especially outside South Africa
Organise and manage daily tasks using the MS365 tech stack (Outlook Teams Excel Word OneNote)
Assist with the implementation (and potential management) of email or LinkedIn automation tools
Partner closely with the founder to refine processes and improve the candidate experience
Support the development of the sourcing function with potential to grow into a leadership role as the team expands
About You:
3 years of recruitment and sourcing experience
Highly organised structured and reliable with strong time management skills
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
Open to feedback coaching and personal development
Comfortable with video and voicebased outreach
Techsavvy with handson experience in MS365 tools (Outlook Word Excel Teams OneNote)
Experienced in using and updating ATS/CRM systems
Prior experience in a small business or working with international teams is a strong advantage
Familiarity with email or LinkedIn automation tools is a bonus
Curious growthoriented and excited by the opportunity to help build a business from the ground up
Open to developing leadership skills as the business grows
