Key Responsibilities:
- Listen to recorded audio/video files and transcribe verbatim or edited versions based on client specifications.
- Ensure timestamps speaker labels and formatting comply with style guides.

Edit and proofread transcripts for grammar spelling and punctuation.

Research terminology for accuracy especially industry specific jargon.
- Upload completed transcripts to secure client portals and track task status.

Communicate proactively with project managers to clarify project scope and deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Excellent command of English with strong grammar and punctuation skills.

Typing speed of 60 WPM or higher; accuracy rate of 98.

Comfortable learning new transcription software (training provided).

PartTime: $15 $18 per hour
FullTime: $20 $24 per hour
