Languages Required: Fluent Dutch (spoken & written) basic English for training
Position: Content Moderator Social Media Platform (TikTok)
Schedule: Rotating shifts (Monday to Sunday)
Salary: 1100/month

About the Role
Are you passionate about online content and social media trends Join our content moderation team in Lisbon and help keep the internet a safer space! As a Dutchspeaking Content Moderator for TikTok youll review videos comments and accounts to ensure compliance with community guidelines.
Your Responsibilities

Review and moderate content (videos comments profiles) in Dutch

Identify and remove content that violates platform guidelines

Handle reports from users in a timely and objective manner

Escalate complex issues according to internal procedures

Stay updated with moderation policies and updates from the platform
Your Profile

Fluent Dutch speaker (written and spoken)

Basic knowledge of English for internal communication

Comfortable with rotating shifts (including evenings and weekends)

Strong attention to detail and emotional resilience

Previous experience in content moderation or customer service is a plus
