Opportunity Overview
Join a compassionate and missiondriven home health care team as a Registered Nurse (RN). This unique paypervisit position offers guaranteed income during your first 6 months competitive pervisit rates and opportunities for unlimited earnings.
Youll provide essential care in the Carnegie/Crafton region working autonomously and collaboratively to deliver highquality patientcentered care.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and implement patient care plans in homebased settings
- Provide direct support and guidance to patients and families
- Document clinical visits with accuracy and timeliness
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Manage your schedule and support patients across designated service areas
Required Qualifications
- Education: Associate degree or higher in Nursing
- License: Active RN license in Pennsylvania
- Certifications (All Required):
- American Red Cross Advanced Life Support (ARC ALS)
- American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA ACLS)
- Experience:
- 1 year in ANY of the following: Clinical Documentation Clinical Informatics or Clinical Quality
- 1 year in EMRs such as Practice Partner or other Electronic Medical Record systems
- Travel: Comfortable with local travel 20 driving)
- Interview: Recruiter via phone
- Employment History: Has NOT applied to or worked with in the past 6 months
Preferred
- RN License number provided (optional but preferred)
Schedule & Shift Details
- Friday Saturday Sunday: Oncall from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM
- Saturday & Sunday: 8 units each day
- Holidays: Oncall 2 holidays per year
Compensation & Perks
- Estimated Earnings: $77K$100K/year
- Orientation Guarantee: $3000 per pay period for the first 6 months
- PayperVisit Rates: $42$46 per visit (see rate chart)
- SignOn Bonus: $15000 (paid quarterly over 1 year)
- OutcomeBased Bonus: $1000/quarter
- Mileage Reimbursement: Included (see attached chart)
