Job Description
Intercare Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join a dynamic team. The facility is known for its exceptional rehabilitation services and is situated in a vibrant college town providing a stimulating and engaging environment for both staff and residents.
Responsibilities:
- Provide highquality physical therapy services to patients within the facility.
- Develop personalized treatment plans to meet each patients specific needs and goals.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate patient records.
- Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises and techniques for athome care.
- Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the ongoing development of the rehabilitation program.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Physical Therapist in the state.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Commitment to providing highquality care and services to patients.
