ALL ABOUT THE ROLE
Schedule: This is a fulltime teaching position based at Paul Mitchell The School Memphis with flexible schedule options:
- MondayFriday: 9 AM 5 PM or 9 AM 3 PM
- TuesdaySaturday: 9 AM 5 PM or 9 AM 3 PM
As a Cosmetology Esthetician Teacher your primary responsibilities will include:
- Instructing students in the Paul Mitchell esthetics curriculum including facials clinical services and machinebased techniques.
- Supporting and mentoring students to develop their technical skills confidence and professionalism.
- Collaborating with the instructional team to deliver engaging lessons that meet our high educational standards.
Your role is pivotal in shaping the next generation of beauty professionals while contributing to a culture that values growth excellence and inclusivity.
To excel in this role you must possess:
- Active Tennessee Esthetician Instructor License
- Clinical experience with facials esthetic equipment and machinebased techniques
- A teamoriented mindset with classroom management and customer service skills
- Techsavvy and ready to adapt to modern teaching tools
- Passion for education and commitment to supporting our culture
