About the Role
- Lead the design and architecture of Pegabased solutions to meet business requirements.
- Oversee the development and implementation of Pega applications ensuring high performance and scalability.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams fostering a collaborative environment.
- Ensure seamless integration of Pega applications with existing systems and data sources.
- Develop and maintain Pega reports to provide actionable insights and support decisionmaking processes.
- Enhance user experience by designing intuitive and efficient Pega interfaces.
- Implement Pega Mobility solutions to support mobile access and functionality.
- Manage Pega Case Management to streamline business processes and improve efficiency.
- Utilize Pega Decision Hub to drive datadriven decisionmaking and optimize business outcomes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Conduct regular code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Stay updated with the latest Pega technologies and industry trends to continuously improve solutions.
The Successful Candidate
- Highlevel certification in Pega including Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) certification.
- Extensive experience in Pega Reporting Pega Platform and Pega Application Development.
- Expertise in Pega Data and Integration to ensure seamless data flow and system interoperability.
- Strong understanding of Pega User Experience to design userfriendly interfaces.
- Proficiency in Pega Mobility to support mobile access and functionality.
- Knowledge in Pega Case Management to streamline business processes.
- Utilization of Pega Decision Hub to drive datadriven decisionmaking.
- Domain expertise in Cards & Payments and Asset & Wealth Management.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with crossfunctional teams.
- Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest Pega technologies.
- Proven track record of delivering highquality Pega solutions on time and within budget.

Salary will be c. $200000 super bonus. Some flexibility will be available for outstanding candidates.
