Job Description
The Alabama Department of Corrections (ADOC) is currently seeking applicants for the Training Specialist II classification. This position is located in Montgomery Alabama and provides a competitive salary range for qualified applicants.

The Training Specialist II is a fulltime position within the Personnel Division of the Alabama Department of Corrections. This position is advanced administrative work in the field of employee training and development. Primary responsibilities include:
- Developing promoting coordinating and administering a comprehensive training program involving a variety of technical courses.
- Developing and implementing a departmentwide workforce development program complete with training and educational coursework.

- Bachelors degree from an accredited fouryear college or university.
- Three 3 years of professional experience in the development administration and evaluation of employee training.
