AllianceHCM is seeking a fulltime Marketing Specialist to join our team in Shenandoah TX. This fulltime role plays a critical part in driving brand awareness optimizing workflows and supporting sales enablement efforts.

YOUR ROLE
As a Marketing Specialist you will oversee the and optimization of campaigns across email social media and digital advertising platforms. You will utilize Salesforce and Pardot to manage and track lead progression ensuring that Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) effectively convert into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs). A key part of your role will be enhancing processes to support sales enablement refining lead scoring models and followup strategies in collaboration with the sales team. Additionally you will analyze campaign performance conversion rates and revenue using datadriven insights to improve efficiencies and optimize results.
YOUR SCHEDULE AS A MARKETING SPECIALIST
This is a fulltime onsite position based at our Shenandoah TX campus. Work hours may vary but the role requires close collaboration with different teams to ensure efficient of campaigns and lead management strategies.
REQUIREMENTS FOR A MARKETING SPECIALIST
- 3 years in marketing operations revenue marketing or sales enablement
- Proven success in improving MQLtoSQL conversion and optimizing marketingdriven revenue
- Experience managing campaigns in Salesforce Pardot and
- Strong data analysis skills and ability
