Role Overview: Reporting directly to the Chief Technology Officer the Vice President in the Office of the CTO will play a pivotal role in driving organizational strategy spearheading new product initiatives and enhancing operational efficiencies. This role demands a visionary leader with a robust understanding of the payments and fintech landscape a passion for technology and a datadriven approach to problemsolving.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with the CTO to define and execute technology strategies that align with Easebuzzs mission to become a 5000 Crore turnover company by 2030.
Product/Tech Innovation: Identify gaps in current product/tech offerings and lead the development of innovative solutions focusing on embedded payments and financial services to cater to the evolving needs of businesses.
Process Optimization: Analyze existing workflows and implement improvements to enhance efficiency scalability and sustainability across the organization.
DataDriven Decision Making: Champion the use of analytics and data insights to inform product development operational strategies and customer engagement.
Industry Engagement: Leverage a wellestablished network within the fintech and payments industry to foster strategic partnerships stay abreast of emerging trends and represent Easebuzz in relevant forums and discussions.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the payments or fintech industry with a strong track record of driving product innovation and operational excellence.
Deep understanding of payment systems financial technologies and the regulatory environment in India.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategies that drive growth and efficiency.
Strong analytical skills with a datadriven approach to problemsolving.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with internal teams industry stakeholders and partners.
A passion for technology and a commitment to building scalable and sustainable solutions.
