We are seeking a Billing Coordinator to help support operations at our Chesapeake VA Terminal.
Key Responsibilities:
- Calculating charges to customers & clients
- Issuing invoices to customers & clients
- Checking and reviewing customer orders and work orders/estimates for correct documentation
- Data entry mail & some telephone duties as well as other administrative support tasks
Qualifications and Skills:
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 year Office Administrative &/or Billing or relevant experience
- 1 year Google Suite Experience
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to effectively prioritize
- Possess strong verbal and written communication skills
