The Opportunity!
As a Personal Lines Team Lead you are responsible for balancing the frontline client service needs across all lines of business inside the branch focusing on customer service efficiency profitability and employee satisfaction. The Team Leader ensures the branch is always functioning in a professional and efficient manner. The Team Leader will interact daily with clients and employees quotes and processes new insurance policies; identifies client needs and educates clients of other available insurance products; encourages and sells valueadded products; applies superior client relations skills while promoting a superior company image.
- FullTime Permanent position working out of our Regina Broad Street branch.
What you will bring to the role
- Level 3 Insurance License is required or willingness to obtain.
- Superior skills in sales management leadership employee engagement and must have a demonstrated track record of achieving organic growth and facilitating change.
- Strong organization and time management skills and along with a demonstrated attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple competing projects that are time sensitive deadlines.
- Professional verbal and written communication.
- Proficiency in windowsbased computer systems.
