Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and dynamic Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational communication and relationshipbuilding skills with a passion for providing excellent customer service. As a Commercial Lines Account Manager you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial accounts ensuring client satisfaction and contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of commercial clients addressing their insurance needs and providing exceptional service
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement insurance solutions tailored to each clients unique requirements
  • Review and analyze insurance policies identify coverage gaps and recommend appropriate adjustments as needed
  • Support the renewal process including gathering underwriting information preparing submissions and negotiating terms with carriers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients carriers and other stakeholders to drive retention and account growth
  • Stay informed about industry trends market conditions and regulatory changes to inform client strategy and decisionmaking
  • Proactively identify opportunities to crosssell or upsell additional products or services to clients

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Proven experience in commercial lines insurance with a focus on account management and client service
  • Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products coverages and underwriting concepts
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with clients colleagues and carrier partners
  • Detailoriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Adaptability and a solutionoriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fastpaced evolving environment
  • Demonstrated track record of building and maintaining strong longterm client relationships
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and insurance management systems
  • Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license
