Clinical Nurse ICU
Are you a highly motivated Clinical Nurse looking for a position in ICU
Sunnybank Private Hospital is seeking a Clinical Nurse to join our ICU on a permanent basis. You will play a key role within a supportive team in ensuring high levels of patient care is provided.
As a Clinical Nurse ICU your responsibilities will include:
- Oversee safe quality care that meets current best practice standard
- Deliver safe researchedbased standards of nursing care
- Provide complex and multidisciplinary care
- Work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary healthcare team to support patient care needs
- Act as a role model for Safe Practice
- Support and liaise with the Nurse Unit Manager Staff and VMO
- Supervise direct and support nursing team members
- Deliver education and support to individuals/patients for the management of their health recovery rehabilitation or end of life needs
- Supervise direct and guide nursing team members to deliver patient care
Essential Criteria:
- Current Registration with AHPRA
- Post Graduate Certificate in ICU
- Experience in similar position (desired)
- Clinical expertise and commitment to high quality patient care and continuous improvement
- Selfmotivated and proven ability to work as part of a high functioning team
- Highly developed interpersonal skills proactive motivated and customer focused
