Position Title: Manager Finance
Location: Dallas TX Chicago IL Ashburn VA or San Francisco CA
Your role
Were seeking a highperforming Finance Manager to join our G&A Corporate Finance team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work directly with senior leadershipincluding the CFO CLO CTO and COOsupporting strategic decisionmaking across our corporate functions.
This is more than just reporting numbers. Youll develop financial models that guide our investment strategy enhance operational efficiency and drive how our business scales. If youre analytical collaborative and ready to impact real decisions at the highest level this role is for you.
What youll do
Serve as a strategic finance partner to G&A leaders (CFO CLO CTO COO) supporting budgeting forecasting and resource allocation.
Build and maintain robust financial models to support business planning and strategic initiatives.
Lead monthly reporting variance analysis and executivelevel business reviews with clear actionable insights.
Collaborate with Accounting on the monthend close process and ensure accurate timely flux analysis.
Design and implement scalable repeatable financial processes to support our growth trajectory.
Partner crossfunctionally with other FP&A teams to ensure alignment in financial planning and strategy.
Contribute to the development of longrange plans and the annual operating plan across G&A functions.
What youll need
5 years of progressive experience in FP&A strategic finance financial analysis or business partnering.
Background in highgrowth public companies SaaS REITs (especially Data Centers) or multinational environments preferred.
Strong operational mindset with a passion for process improvement efficiency and scalability.
Problemsolver with a high degree of intellectual curiosity and a knack for translating data into actionable insights.
Clear and confident communicator who can tailor messaging for both technical and executive audiences.
Ability to operate at all levelscomfortable zooming into detail while engaging in strategic discussions.
Thrive in fastpaced ambiguous environments highly selfdriven with strong prioritization skills.
Advanced proficiency in Excel financial modeling scenario analysis and business intelligence tools (e.g. Power BI).
Bachelors degree required; MBA or Masters in Finance/Accounting is a plus but not mandatory.
