We currently have an opportunity for a Registry Clerk.

Overview:

Responsible for providing excellent customer service by processing a variety of Registry transactions in accordance with the practices policies and procedures of the Company.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for performing a variety of clerical duties including all or some of the following:
  • Assist customers and Personal and Commercial Lines Account Managers with registry transactions.
  • Responsible for reviewing registry forms for accuracy and content.
  • Coordinate Registry appointments and make trips to Registry office(s) when needed.
  • Assist Account Managers with any Registry related questions.
  • Input information into database systems and upload documents attachments and scans as required.
  • Sort and file documents.
  • Work on assigned tasks / special projects as assigned by Manager.
  • Type or wordprocess correspondence and forms as needed.
  • Sort prioritize and distribute documentation.
  • Maintain files and records.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned by Manager.

Qualifications:

  • Work experience within an office environment.
  • Experience with automated systems and Microsoft Office products.
  • Must be detail oriented and have excellent organizational and communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
  • Employee must become registry certified.

Department Account Management & Service

Required Experience: 12 years of relevant experience

Required Travel: Negligible

Required Education: High school or equivalent
