Job Description
What you will accomplish together with us:
- Support development of prototype platforms through to proof of concept.
- Work closely with internal and external subject matter experts to identify and understand the nature of nascent imaging technologies
- Gather analyze and define requirements for optical analytical tools.
- Provide support or guidance to technical support team and R&D teams as needed for transfer of technologies developed and/or adopted into the Sartorius product development or OEM organizations.
What will convince us:
- MS or enrolled in a PhD program in Bioengineering Chemistry or closely related discipline
- Some background in spectroscopic techniques such as Raman Infrared UVVis absorption and fluorescence techniques.
- Previous handson experience with culturing and maintaining live cells is preferred.
- Ability to interface with specialists from target biological application areas and engineering disciplines such as mechanical (hardware fluidic thermal) electrical software sensor technology (optical electronical) and chemical.
- Experience working as part of multipartner R&D projects.
