Job Description
Pinnacle Construction & Development Corporation seeks a dependable qualityconscientious Senior Project Superintendent with wellbalanced skills ability to prioritize tasks and a minimum 10 years construction experience for a multifamily apartment development in Charlottesville VA.
The Senior Project Superintendent will be responsible to provide overall administrative and technical management on a multifamily construction project site. Thorough knowledge of all aspects of construction (technology equipment methods) engineering cost control scheduling and safety required.
- Must have extensive wood framing experience (multifamily preferred) be proficient at reading drawings and interpreting specifications managing a workforce and communicating clearly.
- Experience with construction project management software required.
- OSHA 10 hour safety training first aid/CPR training required.
- Must have valid drivers license reliable transportation desire to learn and work independently and in a team atmosphere.
Working conditions: onsite construction office and active construction site.
