Expected Duties and Responsibilities:
- Post and/or create flyers and other advertising materials for Student Development related events.
- Help compile information for the Weekly Newsletters.
- Help with the planning and of departmental projects events and programs (Student Life Breaks Fall Fun Days etc.
- Help with the organization of the Student Development Office and storage room and keep it clean.
- Help with communication to and from the office by answering the phone replying to emails and sending email blasts as instructed by Student Development Staff.
- Be respectful to students coming into the office for meetings with Student Development Staff by not discussing their reason for being in the office and keeping the matters of the office confidential.
- Be a resource to students and visitors who may have questions about Student Development or student life.
- Regularly check campus bulletin boards to make sure they are organized and up to date.
- Provide golf cart rides for injured or ill students.
