Conducts technical training courses for sales representatives and reseller partners in the use of complex situations for multiple products. Interacts with customer and functional organizations to develop specifications for content of courses. Prepares lesson plans from engineering documentation field service requirements or software documentation. Works with engineering technical support and manufacturing to ensure that course material reflects current product features. Instructs participants in both classroom lectures and laboratory sessions. Follows up to determine applicability of course material.

Collaborates with crossfunctional teams and executes sales education courses and programs
Organizes inclass or virtual courses
Gather track and organize data from education programs
Understands how our Sales Education strategy supports our busines strategy
Understands budgeting process and tracks expenses for educational programs
Knows current key stakeholder and network/communicate with them
Enhances sales education workstreams
Follow and use corporate branding guidelines
Aware of commonly used communication tools and who is our target audience
Minimum Qualifications (Required):
Bachelors degree required
2 years of work experience required
Preferred Qualifications (Strongly desired):
MBA preferred
2 years medical device or marketing experience preferred
