Description
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Oversee automated production of raw mix
- Receive bulk raw materials after verifying COA meets internal specifications
- Monitor feed rates of bulk raw materials being added to raw mix
- Monitor quality of mix and communicate with Molding Operators Cure Oven Operators Task Leaders and Crew Leader
- Maintain Daily Batch spreadsheet
- Clean/replace the pinch valve boots as needed
- Prepares release spray components as needed
Knowledge & Skills:
- Ability to demonstrate comprehension of positional work instructions
- PC skills and ability to use proprietary software programs
- Able to use Excel to record required data
- Basic troubleshooting skills
- Mechanical inclination
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Ability to communicate with hourly employees and management personnel
- Capable of becoming forklift certified
- Able to work overtime including weekends
- Measure by weight (g/lb) using scales and basic math
- Required to wear a full face respirator
