Supports ongoing maintenance of customer accounts and payment billing systems. Ensures payments through variety of sources are recognized and posted against the correct account and invoice. Identifies unpaid invoices and implement automatic debits or initiate collection activities as appropriate. Balances maintains and reconciles accounts. Manages the setup of special pricing arrangements to include bundles consolidations and discrete pricing arrangements ensuring negotiated amount is accurately reflected in the billing systems.

- Sets priorities and supervise work flow productivity accuracy and compliance to meet service level agreements.
- Provides timely and accurate processing of daily financial transactions.
- Researches and investigates billing anomalies/variances for products and customers to determine cause and make recommendations for resolution.
- Establishes and maintains relationships to understand normal transaction patterns systems operations and other factors that may impact invoice processing.
- Executes routine tasks such as service requests transactions queries etc. within relevant service level agreements.
- Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders in order to deliver on business objectives.
- Resolves processing issues in accordance with policies & procedures and service level expectations.
- Supports the safekeeping department financial documents.
- Analyzes data and information to provide insights and recommendations.
- Focus is primarily on business/group within BMO; may have broader enterprisewide focus.
- Provides specialized consulting analytical and technical support.
- Exercises judgment to identify diagnose and solve problems within given rules.
- Works independently and regularly handles nonroutine situations.
- Broader work or accountabilities may be assigned as needed.
Qualifications:
- Typically between 5 7 years of relevant experience and postsecondary degree in related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Deep knowledge and technical proficiency gained through extensive education and business experience.

The above represents BMO Financial Groups pay range and type.
Salaries will vary based on factors such as location skills experience education and qualifications for the role and may include a commission structure. Salaries for parttime roles will be prorated based on number of hours regularly worked. For commission roles the salary listed above represents BMO Financial Groups expected target for the first year in this position.
BMO Financial Groups total compensation package will vary based on the pay type of the position and may include performancebased incentives discretionary bonuses as well as other perks and rewards.
