Job Description

Ergon Inc. seeks a fulltime Business Process Excellence Lead to join our team. The Business Process Excellence Lead (BPE) plays a critical role in supporting the successful of the Polaris business transformation program. Working directly under the Polaris Business Lead this role provides handson leadership in coordinating business process activities aligning crossfunctional resources and ensuring effective communication between business units process owners and project teams. This position is ideal for individuals looking to grow into future leadership roles by gaining exposure to enterpriselevel transformation efforts and developing deep expertise in business operations project and change management.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Program & Project Support
    • Supports the Polaris Business Lead in managing endtoend business process workstreams helping to drive alignment between business needs and program activities.
    • Helps monitor and manage work plans milestones and deliverables for businessside activities across multiple projects.
    • Prepares meeting materials tracks key action items and ensures timely followup on decisions and issues.
    • Works closely with Business Process Leads (BPLs) to ensure coordination of work documentation of requirements and resolution of issues.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration
    • Build trusted relationships with process owners subject matter experts (SMEs) and business unit stakeholders.
    • Facilitate working sessions to gather input document needs and align decisions.
    • Acts as a liaison between functional teams and the Polaris Program Management Office (PMO) to ensure business perspectives are clearly communicated and understood.
  • Governance & Reporting
    • Supports documentation and tracking of key risks decisions and open issues escalating as needed.
    • Helps ensure project activities follow the established Polaris governance and methodology.
    • Assists with creating reports and dashboards that reflect accurate timely information from the business perspective.
  • Business Readiness & Change Support
    • Supports business readiness activities including training coordination communications and testing preparation.
    • Partners with change management and training teams to prepare business users for upcoming changes.
    • Contributes to the evaluation of business process changes and user adoption.
  • Continuous Improvement
    • Participates in posttesting and deployment reviews and helps capture lessons learned.
    • Identifies opportunities for improving business processes documentation and program delivery effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
    • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Operations Supply Chain Information Systems or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • 48 years of experience in business operations project coordination or business analysis.
    • Experience in crossfunctional teams process improvement or ERP/business transformation projects preferred.
    • Exposure to SAP or similar systems a plus.

Skills:

  • Strong organizational and problemsolving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skillsable to work across business units and technical teams.
  • Comfortable working in fastpaced environments and managing multiple priorities.
  • Proactive and collaborative with a strong sense of ownership and followthrough.
  • High level of initiative and accountability; willing to take on stretch assignments.
  • Strong interest in leadership and business transformation.
