We are looking for a detailoriented and proactive Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that customer project implementations are completed on time within scope and to the highest standards. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive seamless endtoend project .
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and deliver customer projects in line with agreed budgets and timelines.
- Coordinate tasks with crossfunctional teams including Sales Support Installs and Suppliers.
- Monitor and supervise all aspects of the project lifecycle to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with internal workflows and documentation standards.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate project records using tools such as SOC SNOW and Google Drive.
- Provide regular project updates to senior stakeholders and clients.
- Uphold project quality and initiate process improvements where needed.
Requirements:- Grade 12 (Matric) certificate.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Project Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years experience in Project or Operations Management.
- Experience in ISP ICT or Telecoms environments preferred.
- Proficient in Google Sheets MS Project Excel Word and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational communication and problemsolving skills.
