Key Responsibilities:
- Process return authorizations (RAs) and ensure proper documentation is completed.
- Coordinate with Logistics to schedule RA Freight pickups
- Communicate with customers sales reps and internal departments regarding return requests and product issues.
- Coordinate the receipt inspection and disposition of returned goods.
- Maintain detailed records of returned products including reason codes quantities and related documentation.
- Monitor return trends and provide feedback to management to improve product quality or processes.
- Collaborate with inventory and warehouse teams to manage returned goods and ensure proper restocking disposal or replacement.
- Ensure compliance with return policies and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Generate regular reports on returns activity for management review.
- Identify & assist in implementing process improvements to optimize the returns process
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associates or bachelors degree preferred.
- 2 years of experience in customer service logistics or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel Word Outlook); experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP D365 is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
