The Director of Marketing & Communications serves as the strategic leader responsible for shaping and executing the agencys marketing and communications vision in alignment with its mission and strategic priorities. This role works closely with the CEO senior leadership and crossfunctional teams to position Big Brothers Big Sisters Twin Cities as a trusted visible and valuesdriven leader in youth mentoring across the Twin Cities metro area.
This position oversees all aspects of marketing digital strategy media and public relations brand and organizational messaging. The Director manages a team of three (including a Marketing & Communications Manager and a Marketing & Communications Coordinator) and works crossfunctionally to integrate messaging and audience engagement strategies. The Director is responsible for elevating the agencys voice and visibility by leading cohesive messaging compelling storytelling and coordinated engagement strategies across all platforms and audiences. A key focus of this role is to grow awareness of the BBBS brand and significantly expand its reach to attract new and diverse volunteerswhile also engaging families donors and community partners.

Location: Hybrid with in office requirement in Minneapolis MN
Hiring Salary Range: $70000 $88000 Starting salary will depend on your skills and demonstrated readiness for the role.
Hours/Day: MondayFriday 40 hours a week including evenings and weekends when necessary.
Job Type: Full Time

We seek a dynamic leader who will personify the BBBS brand and foster a culture of community centrism and belonging through all communications. The ideal candidate will have a fearless approach to innovation and creativity as well as a keen eye for details and design aesthetics. This role requires an individual that can proactively manage multiple timesensitive and competing priorities and has the ability to cultivate multiple internal and external stakeholders.

Big Brothers Big Sisters Twin Cities is the largest and oldest youth mentoring organization in the greater Twin Cities serving Hennepin Ramsey Anoka and parts of Dakota and Washington counties. Each year we match up to 2600 youth (Littles) and their families with caring adults (Bigs) who volunteer as youth mentors.
