The role of the Project Manager is to plan execute and closeout projects based upon strict deadlines and budgets.
Job Duties
As a JDL Corporate Interiors Inc. Project Manager you will be responsible for the following:
- Directing and managing interior commercial construction projects for an entire project lifecycle.
- Creating implementing and executing an overall project schedule that meets client requirements.
- Collaborating with Estimating to review contract documents and award subcontractors.
- Reviewing all financial data with attention to detail to quickly identify potential/existing issues.
- Administering the billing and collections process to ensure timely payments.
- Communicating regularly with the Project Superintendent to maintain an updated and accurate project schedule as well as keeping them active in decisionmaking.
- Meeting frequently with client representatives at various jobs to determine requirements and maintain favorable client relations.
