Schedule: full time Every other weekend required

Job Description:
Staff Genius a nationally recognized medical staffing agency is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at a reputable skilled nursing facility in Chico CA. As an essential member of our healthcare staff you will provide highquality nursing care to residents ensuring their comfort and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor patients health by checking vital signs and observing physical and emotional conditions.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing dressing and mobility
Collaborate with registered nurses and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Document patient information accurately and promptly in medical records.
Educate residents and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
Qualifications:
Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of California.
Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility or longterm care setting is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards.

Additional Information:
