As a UX Researcher you will be responsible for leading the research efforts of user experiences across our digital product set. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Conducting Research: Design and execute user research studies using mostly qualitative and some quantitative methods to understand user behaviors motivations and trends. Lead research initiatives that inform strategic product decisions
- Coordinating Participants: Coordinate and build participant repository for research sessions including recruitment (sourcing and acquiring users for testing) and session scheduling
- Insight Finding: Synthesize findings into actionable recommendations to drive impact while maintaining high quality even with quick turnaround times
- Research Readouts: Communicate research findings effectively through excellent storytelling customizing communication based on stakeholder needs
- Trusted Partner: Support UX Designers in research efforts building effective relationships with UX Designers product teams and stakeholders
- Create and Maintain Research Repository: Document and communicate research findings in a research repository for team members and internal partners to access
- Selfdirection: Gather context and prioritize the most important and highleverage research opportunities by working with UX designers and product teams
- Identifies Opportunities: Brings to light journeydriven opportunities for improvement or new products

Qualifications
- 2 years of conducting UX research inhouse
- Bachelors degree or equivalent education/and or experience in UX research or similar will be considered.
- Direct experience conducting design research across different types of methodologies (qualitative quantitative exploratory generative)
- Highly skilled in qualitative research methods
- Ability to think strategically regarding the application of data and research
- Strong problemsolving capabilities turning constraints into opportunities
- Detailoriented and able to work independently.
- Ability to communicate research insights in compelling memorable ways that drive clear action
- Ability to understand and relate to users needs and perspectives
- A talent for identifying opportunities in user flows
- Ability to forge strong partnerships with product managers designers and crossfunctional stakeholders
- Ability to prioritize time between multiple projects and be flexible adapting to changing priorities
- Eager to continue in development of research skills to the highest standards including clear articulation of research objectives thoughtful selection of methods rigorous synthesis and engaging and precise communication of findings
