Finance Internship Program
The Role: The Finance Internship is for candidates interested in analytical and back end of finance. More of individual environment doing projects/tasks on your own working in Excel day in and out manipulating data (more than proficiency in Excel formulas pivot tables etc. is a must. Could be updating financial and statistical information automating processes & reporting analysis & working with data understanding how money moves through Fidelity and financial modeling. This is a back of the office role with no client facing interaction. Finance internships include exposure to teams who provide detailed financial information to the companys businesses enabling them to strategically prioritize and drive business performance!

Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope geographic location candidates relevant experience and other factors.
Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
Fidelitys hybrid working model blends the best of both onsite and offsite work experiences. Working onsite is important for our business strategy and our culture. We also value the benefits that working offsite offers associates. Most hybrid roles require associates to work onsite every other week (all business days MF) in a Fidelity office.
