This Project Manager role will help facilitate a valuable experience for all company members and clients by working towards set goals improving processes and eliminating hurdles.
What do we expect from you
The role is multidimensional having strategic and operational responsibilities. It is diverse allowing you the opportunity to showcase and improve in a multitude of skills like:
- Process optimisation

At the strategic level we expect you to:
- Maintain high efficiency in the overall project .
- Align with the clients business goals and translate them to the project team.
- Develop strong client relationships.
- Utilise the potential to upscale client partnerships.
- Ensure longterm profitability of projects.
At an operational level we expect you to:
- Plan capacity and resources based on the project requirements.
- Process a requirement from its most basic raw nature into a fullblown solution with the help of the project team.
- Work with the project team to scope plan estimate execute and release the project deliverables.
- Organise and lead planning review and retro meetings with the project team.
- Communicate with the client as required.
- Maintain a clear channel of communication where all stakeholders are always informed of relevant project details.
- Organise different project spaces for documentation communication and project . The tools we currently use are:
- Notion/ClickUp for documentation
- Slack for communication
- ClickUp for project
- Support the project team by ensuring that the teams basic needs to deliver the project are always met.
- Review project progress and essential project metrics to address the impediments inferred.
As a leader we expect you to:
- Develop a strong rapport with your project team members.
- Set clear goals and expectations with the project team members.
- Keep the team morale high in challenging times.
What do you need to have
We are small on credentials. We spend little time looking for an MBA or graduating from a prestigious university. We care about what you can do and how you do it not about how you got here.
