Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detailoriented Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts and providing exceptional customer service to clients.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients ensuring their insurance needs are met
- Analyze and evaluate commercial insurance policies to determine appropriate coverage
- Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries claims and policy changes
- Collaborate with insurance carriers to negotiate terms and coverage options
- Stay updated on industry regulations and market trends to provide informed recommendations to clients
- Prepare and present insurance proposals and renewals to clients
Qualifications/Requirements
- Proven experience in commercial lines insurance and account management
- Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment
- Proficiency in insurance agency management systems and Microsoft Office
- A valid P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license is required
