Job Description
Join a dedicated team of staff supporting a woman in her early 40s with developmental delays.
This client is in the Sabre Springs area of San Diego California. This is a Female Only support position.
We have an immediate opening for work as a livein Support Person. You will have your own
bedroom and bathroom. Free rent plus compensation.
The Ideal candidate has enthusiasm energy consistency and patience. Should have
experience/knowledge of developmental disabilities and can demonstrate personcentered
behavioral management skills.
Responsibilities include supporting hygiene assisting the client with cooking cleaning household management skills and life skills with verbal and visual prompts as well as role modeling. Must be able to help schedule and take client to medical appointments. Livein roommate will also nurture and develop community connections work toward independence goals cultivate hobbies and more.

This is a paid position with a supported living agency that provides supportedliving services to
individuals with developmental disabilities. All employment requirements background checks
etc. must be satisfied. We look forward to hearing from you.
MUST have a MINIMUM 1year experience working with individuals with special needs.
Must have a reliable car with current car Insurance Pass Live Scan
CPR/First Aid certificate company can provide registration to complete once hired
Gas reimbursement
Paid time off
IHSS certified (preferred) Will become certified once hired
Job Type: Fulltime
Hourly: $19/Hour and (IHSS compensation) Full time position can be equal to $ 5000/month
