Who you are:
- (Required) You bring 3 years of experience in Accountingideally with a focus on Endowment Accounting or a related fieldto support Balance our endowment accounting solutions product.
- Youre comfortable working independently to drive outcomes and build solutions but you also thrive in an inclusive collaborative environment. You consistently leverage strong communication and teamwork to get things done.
- You have a background in customer service and are passionate about delivering an outstanding experience in every interaction.
- Detailoriented and naturally curious youre someone who seeks answers asks thoughtful questions welcomes feedback and values precision. You learn quickly approach challenges thoroughly and hold yourself to a high standard.
- Your communication skillsboth written and verbalare exceptional. Youre able to clearly explain complex technical concepts to a range of stakeholders whether technical or nontechnical.
- Youre technically savvy with a strong understanding of how systems work independently and together. You stay informed on emerging technology and enjoy applying what you learn. Youre familiar with tools like Asana or Trello for project management platforms like Freshdesk Zendesk or Front for support and issue tracking tools such as Jira.
- You excel in project management and bring a strong analytical mindset keen attention to detail excellent time management and the ability to prioritize and multitask across a range of responsibilities.
- Fastpaced environments energize you. Youre comfortable wearing many hats managing multiple projects of various sizes and making smart decisions about what needs your focus most.
- You exercise sound judgment and maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times.
What youll do:
This is a hybrid role primarily supporting both the Implementation and Customer Support teams with opportunities to contribute in additional areas as needed.
- Lead successful customer implementations product upgrades and migrations based on the Implementation teams project needs and workload.
- Deliver customer training through live and recorded webinars and videos. Contribute to both internal and customerfacing knowledge bases by creating or updating articles and training materials.
- Provide thoughtful solutionoriented customer support for our Balance and Impact platforms including howto guidance and advanced troubleshooting.
- Respond to customer requests questions and issues across multiple communication channelsdelivering a bestinclass customer experience while meeting key KPIs and service level agreements.
- Serve as the primary customerfacing project manager for productrelated special projects and assist with adhoc work across both support and nonsupport functions.
- Stay up to date on product knowledge including new releases feature updates and deprecated functionality.
- Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams across EverTrueincluding Customer Success Sales Services Engineering and Product.
- Actively participate in team department and company meetings contributing to discussions and knowledge sharing.
- Participate in a rotating schedule for offhours coverage and inbox monitoring.
