Wij zijn op zoek naar een gepassioneerde inzichtelijke en communicatieve Calculator!
Een kort overzicht van je verantwoordelijkheden:
Vergaderingen en samenwerking:
- Bijwonen of organiseren van de nodige vergaderingen
- Nauwe samenwerking met je collegas van het calculatie team alsook betrokken interne afdelingen
- Contacten onderhouden met bouwheer architect studiebureaus en dit tot en met de bestelling
Calculaties en offertes:
- Instaan voor kostencalculaties en berekeningen van toekomstige projecten op basis van plannen en/of lastenboeken
- Contact nemen met onderaannemers en leveranciers om offertes aan te vragen en prijsanalyses maken
- Via voorcalculatie bereid je het bouwdossier / contract voor in al zijn facetten
- Totaaloplossing aanbieden aan klanten
Ondersteuning en analyse:
- Ondersteuning van bouwteams en PPSprojecten
- Bestuderen en analyseren van lastenboeken plannen en meetstaten
- Samenstellen van de kostprijs in het KPD calculatieprogramma o.b.v. offertes van onderaannemers en leveranciers rendement van eigen werken en werfkosten
Cordinatie en optimalisatie:
- Afstemmen met interne afdelingen inzake planning uitvoeringsmethoden materiaalkeuze en kwaliteitseisen ter optimalisatie van de kostprijs en de uitvoeringstermijn en ter voorbereiding op het uitvoeren van het project
- Afstemming van het lastenboek met interne experten en het verwerken van hun feedback
- Na het bepalen van de definitieve prijs zorgen voor de uitgaande offerte met benodigde overzichten en bijlagen
- Bij bestelling het nazicht van de contractuele documenten waaronder de technische items t.o.v. de aanbestedingsdocumenten
- Organiseren van de correcte overdracht van het gescoorde project aan het aangeduide werfteam
Wat we zoeken:
- Diploma: Je hebt een bachelor of master industrieel ingenieur bouwkunde of iets gelijkaardigs
- Ervaring: Je hebt ervaring als Calculator in een klasse 7 of 8 bouwbedrijf
- Talenkennis: Goede kennis van het Engels Nederlands en Frans. Je leest en schrijft vlot en spreekt op conversatieniveau in de drie talen
- Hard Skills: Ervaring met Autocad Revit en KPD zijn alvast een pluspunt
- Empathisch vermogen: Je kunt je verplaatsen in een ander en hebt uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden
- Flexibiliteit: Je bent in staat om je snel aan te passen aan nieuwe omstandigheden wanneer deze zich voordoen en kunt onvoorziene veranderingen overwinnen
- Gedrevenheid: Je hebt een proactieve make it happenmentaliteit en bent eindeloos energiek. Je bent doel en resultaatgericht en hebt het vermogen om kalm te blijven in stresssituaties
- Plezier: Je hebt passie voor je werk en straalt dat uit naar je team en collegas. Je bent optimistisch en probeert altijd kansen te zien zelfs in moeilijke situaties

We are looking for a passionate insightful and communicative Calculator!
A brief overview of your responsibilities:
Meetings and Collaboration:
- Attending or organising necessary meetings
- Close cooperation with your colleagues from the calculation team as well as with relevant internal departments
- Maintaining contacts with the client architect study bureaus up to and including the order
Calculations and Quotes:
- Taking care of cost calculations and calculations of future projects based on plans and/or specifications
- Contacting subcontractors and suppliers to request quotes and make price analyses
- Via precalculation preparing the construction file/contract in all its facets
- Offering total solutions to clients
Support and Analysis:
- Supporting construction teams and PPP projects
- Studying and analysing specifications plans and bills of quantities
- Composing the cost price in the KPD calculation programme based on quotes from subcontractors and suppliers return on own work and site costs
Coordination and Optimization:
- Coordinating with internal departments on planning methods choice of materials and quality requirements in order to optimise the cost price and time and to prepare the of the project
- Coordinating the specifications with internal experts and processing their feedback
- After determining the final price ensuring the outgoing quotation with the necessary statements and annexes
- When ordering checking the contractual documents including the technical items against the tender documents
- Organising the proper handover of the scored project to the designated site team
What we look for:
- Degree: You have a bachelors or masters degree in industrial engineering construction or a related field
- Experience: You have experience as a Calculator in a class 7 or 8 construction company
- Language Skills: Good knowledge of English Dutch and French. You read and write proficiently and speak at a conversational level in all three languages
- Hard Skills: Experience with Autocad Revit and KPD is a plus
- Empathy: You can put yourself in another persons shoes and have excellent communication skills
- Flexibility: You can adapt quickly to new circumstances as they arise and can overcome unanticipated changes
- Drive: You have a proactive make it happen mentality and are endlessly energetic. You are target and result driven and have the ability to remain calm in stress situations
- Joy: You have a passion for your job and reflect that to your team and colleagues. You are optimistic and always try to see opportunities even in tricky situations
