Nursery Practitioner (Level 3
Salary: Up to 26000

Are you passionate about nurturing young children and supporting their early development in a warm inclusive environment Were looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Nursery Practitioner (Level 3 to join a busy and vibrant nursery team. What Were Looking For:

  • A Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
  • Experience working in a nursery setting
  • A solid understanding of the EYFS and a genuine passion for early childhood development
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • A caring and proactive attitude with the ability to thrive in a busy environment
  • A commitment to safeguarding and continuous professional development

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the daytoday running of your room ensuring a safe stimulating and nurturing environment
  • Help plan and deliver educational activities that meet each childs developmental needs aligned with the EYFS framework
  • Build strong professional relationships with parents and carers using nursery software to share updates and progress
  • Maintain accurate records documentation and planning in line with the nurserys structured approach
  • Promote learning through play both indoors and outdoors making full use of the nurserys beautiful setting
