Nursery Practitioner (Level 3
Salary: Up to 26000
Are you passionate about nurturing young children and supporting their early development in a warm inclusive environment Were looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Nursery Practitioner (Level 3 to join a busy and vibrant nursery team. What Were Looking For:
- A Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
- Experience working in a nursery setting
- A solid understanding of the EYFS and a genuine passion for early childhood development
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A caring and proactive attitude with the ability to thrive in a busy environment
- A commitment to safeguarding and continuous professional development

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the daytoday running of your room ensuring a safe stimulating and nurturing environment
- Help plan and deliver educational activities that meet each childs developmental needs aligned with the EYFS framework
- Build strong professional relationships with parents and carers using nursery software to share updates and progress
- Maintain accurate records documentation and planning in line with the nurserys structured approach
- Promote learning through play both indoors and outdoors making full use of the nurserys beautiful setting
