This is a fulltime position 3540 hours per week) offering the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children.
As a Director 1 Certified Teaching Director you will provide leadership supervision and coordination of the program. Youll collaborate with school staff parents and your team to deliver exceptional learning experiences through our highquality curriculum. Required Qualifications:
Must be at least 21 years of age and hold a minimum of Director 1 certification as defined by the Massachusetts Department of Early Education and Care (EEC).
Demonstrated ability to create and maintain a safe nurturing and supportive environment for children.
Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with children families and colleagues.
Proven sound judgment and effective decisionmaking abilities.
Must successfully pass and maintain compliance with all required criminal background checks.
Familiarity with state childcare regulations including EEC policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
Create and maintain a safe nurturing familyoriented environment that fosters positive relationships among staff children and parents.
Supervise train and motivate before and afterschool staff ensuring effective leadership and teamwork.
Cultivate strong open communication with parents and school administration to build lasting relationships.
Organize and manage the school site to provide a fun engaging and enriching learning environment.
Offer guidance and constructive feedback to team members helping them enhance their skills and meet both individual and team objectives.
Oversee a weekly control system including tracking bills and payments to ensure financial accuracy.
Ensure compliance with Massachusetts State childcare licensing requirements at the designated school site.
