Job Description

The Generator Service Technician II is responsible for executing field service activities including preventative maintenance inspections startups and emergency repairs ensuring the safe and efficient operation of systems according to design specifications and customer requirements. This role demands meticulous system troubleshooting capability strict adherence to safety standards and effective communication with clients to manage expectations and ensure satisfaction.

What are we looking for:

  • At least five years of experience servicing generators
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • The ability to travel to job sites 100 of the time
  • The ability to read wiring diagrams
  • Participate in a rotation oncall schedule for after hours and weekend emergencies
  • Implementation of safety and lock out/tag out procedures and to complete customer specific site access classes as required
  • Hold or obtain 10hour OSHA certification
