Job Description

Kent Place School seeks a Head Varsity Volleyball Coach for the Fall 2025 season (August 18 November 23. This role requires high school coaching experience (collegiate experience in coaching or playing preferred) and a commitment to building a competitive inclusive and characterdriven program.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and educate studentathletes in all aspects of volleyball.

Develop and implement practice plans and match strategies.

Supervise assistant coaches and maintain studentathlete safety at all times.

Coordinate team tryouts preseason activities and match schedules.

Promote a positive team culture through leadership and mentorship.

Model and uphold school values and best practices in diversity equity and inclusion.

Schedule: Weekdays 3:456:00 PM (some games may run later).
